We have recently received notification from Skills IQ that there is a training package change proposed for the SIS Fitness courses offered across Australia, which will directly affect the courses offered at PT National. This will included changes to the SIS30315 Certificate III in Fitness, SIS40215 Certificate IV in Fitness, and proposal for the removal of the SIS50215 Diploma of Fitness altogether
Very little has changed in bodybuilding training principles since my time as Mr Australia.
