Inclusivity into mainstream fitness services including personal training and small group exercise classes have become a developing way for participants to improve their fitness levels in a safe and nurturing social setting.

Despite multiple blood tests, two bone marrow biopsies, and ongoing blood transfusions, while in isolation from risk of infection the family continues to be informed and take each day as it comes towards the next steps of a bone marrow transplant (BMT).
Exercise Physiology (EP) is a university qualified allied health professional who utilise their expertise in anatomy, physiology and exercise to tailor appropriate training regimes for individuals suffering from chronic conditions. I have always had a passion for sports, constantly playing or being involved. After a severe injury sustained when I was younger, I was unable to continue playing competitively. However, I still wished to remain amongst the industry in some capacity.
